Improve your state of mind with simple gratefulness tips
Hiyaaaa.. hope you are well and let’s talk about gratefulness todaaay!
Let’s take it one by one:
1. Physical world
We are going to start with the 3D world (physical), our body, our goods, food and so on.
We are more than this 3D world, always remember that. But science we are here let’s count the great stuff that make us enjoy life more.

Go in front of the mirror and think of 5 things that you like about yourself in that particular day. Do this exercise every night before bed.
If you have a physical complex in this present moment look at yourself and be thankful that your body as it is brought you here today and is working for you every second. Take a deep breath in and feel the power within you. When you breath out eliminate every bad thought about yourself. Repeat few times. After this promise to yourself that you will do the best to respect your body, to recover to his original weight (in my case), to his best form because it deserve, YOU deserve.
If it’s about something you can’t change than embrace it. It makes you so special, so authentic. One of my complex was that when I tie my hair I look like a totally different person. Back in a days, I always wore my hair down. I learned that is part of me and it’s more fun to be authentic then to be perfect so I embrace it. You never know which of me you will meet today J) . I am grateful that I am not perfect, would be too boring. People relate with imperfections because we are humans, not Disney characters.
Count the belongings that you have and make your life easier. The phone which help you connect and learn different interesting things at your choice, your comfy bed, body lotion, face mask your car that makes your life easier, or public transport. All of those where not accessible for our ancestors.

How was your dinner? Was it Delicious? Be glad for that. How creative can we be in the kitchen. We have so different choices, so many cuisines. That chocolate bite, happiness for the soul.
2.People
Humans- Social being. We are all one, despite our differences.
Close your eyes. Think about your family members that love you so much. That did so much for you. Thank them for everything, thank them for simply being in your life. Your family is always there for you, no matter what.

Frieeends. I like to call them soul family. Because they are. They support you, listen to your sh*t, share food, or not J), read your mind, they make fun of you, but they love you so much.
Mentors, Speakers and Teachers they guide you. All together they create the future you. Be grateful for every information shared by this people.
3.Experiences
Close your eyes for a minute and imagine a moment when you felt joy and blissful. With whom were you? Where have you been? What were the circumstances? Intensify that state of mind. You can do this exercise at the end of every day before falling asleep.
Even if you experience bad experience one day you will understand what that disappointment was necessary to guide you where you are today. This is a world of duality, it is natural to experience good and bad. When we are going to be wise enough, awaken enough, we will understand that there is no bad, there is only good.
