Making decisions which follows your morals and values while being original and transparent

We all can agree that social media influence our behavior more than we actually realize. We follow trends and rules that guide us from outside in order to meet the expectation of our community which might criticize us if something that we do is different from "normal". We risk to become "the weird one".

✨
✨
The perspective that others has on life in general, is particular to them. It shows that their point of view will always depend on them and their level of awareness.
✨
✨
✨
We have the power to change the impact of the outside viewpoint by being aware on the way your mental health is affected. Sure, we can take hints from loved ones and people which we admire, but essential is to know how to filtre and interpret information that touch us. The pinpoint directed on our own perspective about self, on being what we feel and desire to be by doing absolutely something that fulfills our soul is living life to the core.

Usually when we feel overwhelmed, we look everywhere for answers. Not realizing that everything that is important, the solution is INSIDE us. We already have all the answers we need, the only challenge is to learn how to listen to our authentic thoughts that are not influenced by voices of others, to learn how to make the difference between our own thoughts and those implemented from the outside world.

Personal, it lasted some time to gain the skill of listening to my intuition and true thought by engaging meditation in my rutine, being aware of how some situation make me feel and develop dignity by not making decisions that does not correlate with my inner peace.

✨
✨
You don't have to meditate 1h per day, even for 5 minutes. Fr exemple, if I stop my activity, relax, take few deep breaths and let go of everything that does not serve me, record few aspects that I'm grateful for into my life or in that day, even small ones like morning coffee or feeling grateful for that stranger who smiled at me can change my day and the way I interact with people.
In order to understand our reaction and change our perspective in one more original that suits every single one of us, we need to be aware of our feelings and deal with them, express them and change from the inside.

We forget so easy that every and each one of us are unique and special. What works for me might not work for you or for your friend and what works for you might not work for me.
✨
✨
✨
For example, in the past when I felt overwhelmed or confused, my first move was to search on Google answers on the way I felt, or what should I do in certain situation by seeking feeling of comprehension. Searching for answers for my own unique situation in outside world does not always fulfilled the satisfaction I needed. It's alright to develop your knowledge by reading about different solutions, stories and situations. Only if you adapt what you learned for your situation and personality by making it work for yourself will be indeed convenient. For instance a situation when you are learning about different diets, trying different strategies to match a diet that you heard is very successful. Might not be so effective for you in the end. Finding a lifestyle diet, that suits you and your needs for a balanced life, harmony between body, soul & mind is what I recomand. And that it's different for all of us.

Applying this principle in all areas of your life, not paying attention on judgments from the outside will bring you a lot of inner peace.

✨
✨
By choosing authenticity we can never go wrong, it's a good way to avoid regrets, because you know you've been yourself and you made decision guided by your intuition. The right people will admire you for the courage to show your true light.
